Details: A gentle, mindful yoga class designed to reconnect you with your body and breath. Through slow, simple flow and intentional movement, you’ll build awareness, release tension, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection. The practice ends with a restorative yoga nidra (yoga for sleep) and sound bath, leaving you feeling lighter, relaxed, and renewed. All are welcome to come slow down, soften, and reconnect.
Nora Fenner is a 500hr Kripalu-trained yoga teacher offering embodied experiences through yoga, meditation, sound, and energy work. She offers private sessions and group experiences through EmbodiedBerkshires.com.
