Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, this guided experience invites you to slow down, engage your senses, and reconnect with the natural world. Over the course of the class, participants will embark on a gentle, mindful walk through tranquil woodland settings, pausing for guided meditations, breathing exercises, and sensory awareness activities. No prior experience is necessary—just an openness to presence and a desire to reduce stress, boost well-being, and cultivate a deeper connection to the environment.
