Using global instruments and tuning forks for sound healing, and optional hands-on assists for grown ups, leave feeling rejuvenated. No experience necessary. About the Instructor: Melanie Willins, M.Ed is a Yoga teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Educational Psychologist, and newly-trained Birth Doula helping humans thrive by taking a holistic approach to supporting families and individuals navigate challenges through mindfulness, psychology, and energy work. She specializes in child behavior and supports parents with consultations and coaching to equip them with specific strategies to tackle developmental or behavioral concerns.
